As the founder and driving force behind MalikCo, Stephynie Malik brings over two decades of dynamic IT consulting experience to her role as President and Chief Executive Officer. Her creative vision and business acumen have been instrumental in building the highly regarded, global business that is MalikCo today. Her entrepreneurial spirit, backed by years of experience in enterprise software and telecommunications companies and her drive to create long-term relationships with clients, has helped her forge strong associations with the industry's most widely respected IT leaders, companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Accenture, Fujitsu, Nike, Telstra, Freeport McMoRan, and Qualcomm. Stephynie aggregates respected and trusted individuals who then distill, analyze and most importantly apply her vision to the actual business needs of both her clients and partners. Her partnership approach has garnered rapid revenue growth as well as growth strategy allowing her to solidify strategic partnerships, international sales and execute marketing plans.
As the former President and CEO of Paradigm Solutions, Stephynie was primarily responsible for business development, drawing on her extensive domestic and international background in sales, professional services and customer support. Today, she manages the strategic direction of MalikCo, while shaping her dynamic vision into reality.
David Gellerman serves as the Chief Financial Officer of MalikCo and is responsible for financial, accounting, tax, administrative and legal activities. David has over 30 years of experience with national and region public accounting firms, the last 15 years as a Partner of Grant Thornton LLP and Moss Adams LLP. During his career in public accounting, David provided leadership in the practice areas of mergers and acquisition, estate and succession planning, business valuation and strategic planning. David has a BA in Economics from University of California, Davis, a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University and a Law Degree from Santa Clara University. David is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and an attorney in the state of California.
Michael P. Thoma, Chief Marketing Officer, drives MalikCo's global marketing activities. He is responsible for corporate strategy and positioning, leading awareness and lead generation programs, and marketing performance management systems. Michael has over two decades experience as the top marketing executive in high tech firms such as Oracle and Blink Logic. He comes to MalikCo from Attack Strategies, where as founder and president he focused on strategy and positioning to help companies "delight their customers and crush their competitors". Michael has a MBA from Temple University, with a focus on Information Science and Finance, and a BA from Colby College in Economics.
Kevin Wheeler, Vice President of Solutions leads MalikCo’s Enterprise sales efforts, as well as overseeing the company's strategic partner and client relationships. He is responsible for the development and delivery of complex business solutions to meet the demands of the clients' most mission critical projects. He is a dynamic leader with a superior record of success in high growth businesses. He has nearly two decades of experience leading organizations to leverage technology and services solutions by working with partners' senior management to align IT and business strategies. Instrumental in defining and executing sales strategies, he is responsible for increasing company revenues and driving customer acquisition efforts globally. Kevin attended San Jose State University, and has a Bachelor of Science from Cal Polytechnic State University.
Andrew Nelson joined MalikCo in January 2010. Andrew was prevously founder and CEO of TomorrowNow, Inc., until its acquisition by SAP in 2005. TomorrowNow is the leading global provider of third-party maintenance and support services for enterprise software licesees of PeopleSoft, J.D. Edwards, Siebel Systems, and Baan software. Prior to leading TomorrowNow, Andrew held several senior roles at PeopleSoft, Inc., implementing global enterprise software installations and upgrades. He also worked for for Andersen Consulting(Accenture)providing PeopleSoft ERP consulting services.
Andrew has been a prime-time guest on CNBC and has been quoted in dozens of global publications. He is a regular guest speaker at Texas A&M University's Mays Business School, serves the Advisory Council for the Research Valley Innovation Center at Texas A&M University's Research Park, and is a board member for KBR Wireless and Nelson & Associates. Andrew graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in 1992 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
